what causes a pain in the right temple directly up about 1 mm and to the left 1mm?

The pain is sharp and on the exact point i described does not hurt anywhere else but i can bare with the pain if i don't move. now if i move it is so bad i am brought to tears. happens alot more lately this used to only happen once a month but has now become so frequent that sometimes its twice a day and lasts for about an hour.

 

happens when i first wake up then part way through the day and i get plenty of sleep to and eat properly. so fourth what could this be any help would be great

Uh, up 1mm and to the left 1mm from where on your right temple?  Anatomically speaking, the temple refers to an area, not a specific point of reference.  Regardless, that's a moot question.  Depending upon your age, we might worry more about polymylagia rheumatica and temporal arteririts in the elderly, regardless of sex (that's not a yes/no question but rather one of gender).  In younger males, we worry more about cluster headaches.  I suppose an orbital mass could cause this pain but I might expect some change to your vision or visual field.  I think it's less likely to be a sinus issue, although I can't rule it out completely.  If you had associated nausea and couldn't stand bright lights & loud noises during these episodes, I would think more about a migraine.  Because the frequency & severity of this pain is increasing, I would definitely suggest that you go see your family physician.  Good luck!
