It seems that you might have cracked or overworked your neck bones, as a result of this the nerves that work through the neck bones are compressed and the signals are not proper so the tingling sensation pain and travelling pain will arise. Dont worry do neck exercise. 1. move the head backwards slowly and bring to front slowly do like this at least 20 times. 2. rotate the head slowly 3. do the exercise sideways also never worry or take pain relieving medicines.
