what alternative medicine would you recommend for chronic Pains caused from abdominal adhesions?

Hi, I did a partial Hysterectomy in 2007 and has been suffering from chronic pains caused form abdominal adhesions. I suffer especially when lifting load evn though it may be light or having sexual intercourse. Please advice.
