to check and treatment for lower leg damage from radiation

my wife had a skin cancer on lower leg on front side. radiation was given in twenty treatments. now we are dealing with a big wound and real bad pain. we would like to now if nerves can be checked and what treatment can be done .we have had a three phase bone scan. a test to check for circulation  of blood in legs. all these test came back good
