Swollen glands left side of neck and under chin. Painful to swallow, but no sore throat. Came on suddenly.

First became painful to chew on left side, went away for 2 days then reappeared with painful swallowing on left side only, never sore throat but glands swollen on left side & painful to touch in certain areas.
