I have had swelling in my left ring finger joint for 2 months. There was no injury to the joint. I cant get my wedding ring over the joint. It is worse in the morning, the pain is only when the swelling is bad. I went to my doctor, he took an x-ray which was negative and lab work, not sure what kind of lab work but it must have been ok because I never heard anything. I want to know what to do to make it better? I am only 36 yrs old, I want to feel good everywhere.
