Swelled and severe ankle pain. What would be the cause?

Hi there, I have severe pain and swelled ankle. I went to the doctor, got some tests done and the results were that I'm losing calcium in my bones. That's really bad but I'm wondering if it could be something else, I'm a 37 years old male. Please let me know anything, nes
