stabbing tender pain right side low pubic bone area. took cipro for urinary tract infection still having this pain also involves

went to doctor 4 wks ago had pus in urine gave me cipro finished that still having tender burning pain loer right pubic region, went back had blood in urine gave me bactrium ds comlted this medicine as well still having ain. any suggestions
