The terrific folks over at Environmental Working Group are releasing their newest shopper’s guide to pesticides in produce. The truth is, with some types of produce it’s critical to buy organic. Items like strawberries and celery have high pesticide content. And with some, like onions, avocados and pineapple, buying organic isn’t as important.
