I went to a ENT because I found a swollen lymphnode. He says it is nothing to worry about. That it is there because of my tonsils. I usually get about 5 to 8 sorethroats per year especially during winter months. I have not had any lately but now I found another swollen lymphnode near the back of my jaw but under it. My tonsil on that side had a little slime on it that stinks real bad, and a brownish beige stone that came out but slime is still there tends to come and go. Should I just get my tonsils out or could the lymphnodes be something else. I am 32 years old and was told getting tonsils out this late could be very painful.
