I invision my sholders strong and healthy. I see myself running and playing. I have forgotten the pain and the discomfort. There I'm free and I dance a dance of a fullness in joy and I dance as if I were speaking out a message of happiness and hope for all things and i'm silly and goofy and the joy sprinkles gently like tickling rays of sunshine upon all around me and we all dance and we are free and full of love and charity toward all.
I'm beginning to feel freedom from the mucsle spasms. I feel truly greatful for even part of that freedom that I'm starting to feel and see. I have tried something different. I'm beginning to believe that God is sending a message through this experience. Saying "You need to be nicer to yourself, I love you tenderly and gently, love your body softly and lovely and sacredly.." These thoughts came to mind as I felt at loss for answers... Emotionally hurting and fatigued mentally I started to rub lotion slighty scented on the areas that hurt and gently massage with my fingertips. The first time I tried I cried and I had never believed before that the answer could be so simple. I do this about 3 times a day and I have felt so much relief and I feel love from God and a beautiful connection with having a sacredness for my body.
TODAY BEING THE 4TH OF JULY. I AM SOME WHAT SADDENED BECAUSE I CONTINUE TO HAVE MUCSLE SPASMS. I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING SO SEVERLY TO THE POINT THAT I HAVE, AND STILL HAVE HAD A HUGE DIFFICULTY IN ADMITING HOW MUCH SUFFERING I HAVE BEEN THROUGH WITH THE MUCSLE SPASMS. I FEEL EXTREMELY HURT EMOTIONALLY FROM MOVIES AND TELEVISION THAT RELATE TO THE SUFFERINGS OF WHAT I HAVE BEEN GOING THROUGH WITH MUCSLE SPASMS AND THE FEAR OF IT BEING ABNORMAL TO THE POINT OF ALIENATING MYSELF. I HAVE ONLY BEEN ABLE TO RELATE TO THOSE THAT SUFFER FROM FIBROMYALGA, BUT I BELIEVE THAT MINE IS NOT AS SEVERE.

Accupuncture is very helpful combined with and A very good quality daily vitamin is nessicary in giving your mucsles the nurishment and 'relief' they need in order for your mucsles and entire body to function properly. Simply just these simple steps can completely relieve muscle spasm pain.
Accupuncture and quality vitamins together takes 4 or 5 months before you notice any significant pain andf discomfort relief. It does take some time, but it has been the simplist and most helpful method I have found in my search for pain relief in 2 years. I have completely been free from the pain since and continue to take quality vitamins.
It is very important that you do not rub the painful areas, or if you feel the urge to 'crack' your neck this will only cause more spasming. It is best to stretch properly and often(it will help to rid of the urge to 'crack' and give relief to stiffness), and put regular lotion to rub VERY gently if you must rub sore muscles. These things were very helpful in my personal experience. No matter how it seems to feel you will feel so much more relief to be very gentle and stretch properly, that will alllow the healing process more smoothly.

I also must comment on my research and recovery. After recieving relief from muscle spasm pain it is wise to slowly strengthen those areas and to make simple changes to adding a better possiblity that history will not repeat itself. Examples: Physical Therapy, using free weights/resistance bands/exercise equipment daily even just 30 minutes can make a huge difference. I definetly recommend to take it slowly. Even Aerobics/Yoga/Swimming will be a very great option to keep those mucsles in motion and get the air flowing to those mucsles often.
