I had a plateau tibia fracture and 1/2 of my meniscus was removed. My ACL was free and floating so they sewed it down in surgery. This was 4 yrs. ago. I am not happy with the clicking of the bones and have heard about rooster comb injections. Is this something that might help me. I am 46 yrs. old.
I also have had a tibia plateau fracture (jan 09) and my knee is now bone on bone, and I have no cartiladge left in that knee. My ortho wants to try the rooster comb injections. How did yours turn out? Did it help?
