pain front and back rib cage, along with pain in right shoulder. Hurts to breath, and when I sit or lay in one spot for a bit, i

This has been going on for a week now. Hurts to take deep breaths, it hurts all around the rib cage, front and back. When I have been resting just to move or get up it is even worse. The pain in my back shoulder blade just started today. Please help me.
