one toe tingling for 3 days, leg cold, sharp pain

On my right foot, all of a sudden my middle toe went numb and tingly.  Its been the same now for over 3 days; but I don't understand, I have no back problems, but I do have Avescular Necrosis; in which I really see no realavence in my toes tinglyness.  Now my leg seems cold and I'm having sharp short pains.
