One of the nicest descriptions of what occupational therapy is all about

Posted Jun 16 2009 6:09pm

Take a look at this blog for a lovely description of what occupational therapy is about.  While there are times I despair of the profession I first trained in, one of the basic principles of occupational therapy is that people enjoy doing – they get unwell when they stop doing, stopping doing things is an indicator of unwellness, and occupational therapists work to help people do what they value again.  Take a look – some nice stuff in there!
