office chair for coccydinia

Hi.
I fractured my tailbone in 2002. had i surgically removed in 2004. i'm still in constant pain, and have yet to find an office chair with casters that would accommodate my needs. i have the round cushion as well as the wedge cushion, but i can only sit for short periods of time on them. does a chair exist that has a hole in the middle? If so, is it possible to get through medicare or medicaid?
