Numbness in Right side of Face

For about 2-3 weeks now I've had a numbness in the right side of my face. It feels similar to the way you feel after being injected with novacaine at the dentist. I went to the Doctor's about 1 week and 1/2 ago and he did tests but nothing came of it. He said it might be Bells Palsy, but still no major sign. I'm a fairly healthy 22 year old and just wanted to know if there were any remedies to get over this numbness!
