My right hip/lower back aches. Sitting for extended periods is difficult, as is sleeping in one position. Possible cause?

44. Female. About 25 pounds overweight. Exercising regularly. (Most of weight gain is from the inability to exercise due to pain, but I'm sure it's not helping the condition).
