my jaw is sore and my elbows are sore were the muucle is tied in on the inside this is slowley getting worse over the past month

My jaw is poping when I open my mouth to wide and is sore constantly. Also my elbows  on the insde of my arm were the mucle ties in are sore when I hold somthing and it has slowley been getting worse. I am 29 and I work costruction for a living. Never had any symtems before a month ago. Why am I having these symtems
