my fiance all of a sudden started getting the chills,vomitting,severe headache,lower backacheand leg ache

he was fine one minute the next he said he was freezing but his external temp was hot but he didnt have a fever he has had a severe headache and his lower back and legs are very sore.His symptoms started last night and have continued this morning he has vomitted and he cant hardly move.
