It could be a repetitive strain injury (RSI), aka cumulative trauma disorder, work-related upper limb syndrome (WRULS), and many other terms.  You can do a search on google and get solid information on treatment.  This is often difficult to heal, but it is crucial to seek treatment early to prevent further disability.  You should not try to work through the pain.  Is it your forearms that hurt the most?  How much typing do you do?
