More Evidence Supports Barefoot Running

Barefoot Ted has been a proponent of barefoot running for years and was made famous by the book Born to Run by Christopher McDougall

Michael Sandler started running barefoot and preaching it’s advantages after an accident left him with a leg length difference and chronic pain. As seen below he’s now pain free and runs barefoot even in the snow!

The scientific evidence from research studies has been mounting to support what these barefoot fanatics have been saying for years. The latest comes in the form of  two studies, published this month in the journal Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise by Daniel E.
