I am 23 yrs old and experience leg pains and aches mostly near the fibula and sometimes near the ankle at the end of the day. I find it very relieving and comforting when someone who weighs above 150... sits right on top of my leg- at the location of the aches and pains for several minutes. If that person weighs less, they can stand on the leg- which is also helpful. The applied pressure relieves the pain instantly. Yet the pain does return eventually.
Sometimes when I wake up in the morning my feet hurt a bit and feel weak, so I ask someone to give me a boost by sitting on my leg for several minutes. Then I feel better and I am able to get up and my legs feel much better.
I do not, however, have pain on my upper leg.
I am wondering if someone can make sense of all this,
