lower left abdominal pain that is consistant hurt surverely when you stand or move with lower back pain what could this be?

lower abdominal pain hurts extremely bad when i stand or move around and when my stomach hurts my lower back hurts almost as bad but the pain is consistant and has been for about three days however it hurts like this during intercourse sometimes, and i've never felt pain like this before except when i had PID but my doctor said he took care of that .
