Looking for a doctor for 83 yr old suffering chronic foot pain. Possible nerve damage. Suffering 8 yrs.

 After surgery for poor circulation  8 yrs. ago stent implanted exp burning, tingling, feelings of walking on pebbles for years, now full blown pain, tenderness, swelling daily. Prior to surgery foot broken twice. Broken again once after surgery. Otherwise healthy 82 year old. Visited many doctors in Mobile, Alabama no relief. Please help my mother. Any suggestions will be welcomed.
