Is there anything I can do to make the dilaudid I take for chronic pain work better?

I am a 21 year old female college student. I have chronic pelvic pain of a largely unknown origin. I am diagnosed with endometriosis, adenomeiosis, and herniated disks, but my pain is from just under my breasts to my knees, and has been relativley constant for the past two years. It's always there, although it varies in severity from around 3-4 to 9. The worst pain I've ever had has been from this. I've had tons of workup done, everything shows up normal, I'm just still in pain.

I take Dilaudid for my pain. It works better than anything else I've tried, but it only takes care of 30-40% of my pain. Is there anything I can do with diet or vitamins or anything else to make the Dilaudid more effective for my pain? I'm not looking to get more high off of it (ideally it I could get pain relief without all the other effects) but I'm willing to tolerate that effect if it also helps with my pain.

If anyone has experience with another painkiller that's been really effective for them, that would be helpful information too. I've been on oxycodone, percocet, ultram, oxycontin, none of them even touch the pain.
