i feel that these symptons are being looked at individually and not being linked. My daughter has had intensive physio a couple of years ago due to hypermobility but she is rapidly going downhill fast. Tested negative in 2008 for rheumatoid factor and a month ago was tested again - borderline (34). A few years ago asot was 1000 and now down to 650 and immunologist not worried - said she could live with these high levels. Her joints cause her great pain and now does part time at school to rest her joints for most of day. She occasionally uses a wheelchair at school but walking can be managed for about 5 mins. Waiting for physio again at the moment. this child is suffering so much and i feel there has to be a link although negative test for autoimmune disease. Have you got any thoughts at all of a link between the three. Shes taking numerous pain killers, naproxen, omeprazole, erythamycin. The immunologist will see her again in 5 months but doesnt think regular blood tests should be taken monthly for the strep. A totally lost now.Thankyou
