if diagnosed with minimal fluid in the hip joint, can anything be done? Patient in lots of pain.

Patient suffering pain when standing and walking. Injections of cortisone have been given and have not helped. Originally told the bursitis was cause of pain. MRI shows minimal fluid in the hip joint. What can be done to relieve the pain?
