For the past several months I have had a recurring pain in the area of my upper chest, directly under my left breast. The pain comes about when I bend forward suddenly or if I twist from side to side. It is a painful sharp cramping that goes away in 10 to 30 seconds. The pain feels internal, like an inflamation, but localized only in the front and not in my back or shoulder blade. The small area is moderately sensitive to the touch. Any ideas what it may be. I'm 60 years old, 5'10", and 245lbs. Thanks
