I need advice, the pain wont go away.

For couple of months my daughter has been complaining of sharp, stabbing and chronic pain in her upper abdomen, both ribs that radicate to the back, spine, leg, hip and heel and that have been progressing and getting worse.  No medications are working.  She takes Lyrica, Cymbalta and Plaquenil.  She can't walk , stand and sit straight , she walks bended forward.  They have done all tests and they come back "normal".  Should I request a spinal tab and bone scan?  Pls any advice would be appreciated.
