I have sharp pain in right shoulder blade, upper middle of back, pain along entire right arm and in middle finger

 Maneurvering this mouse presently is painful, stretching my rightarm to the left is very painful, reaching down to pick up something is painful. The shoulder itself is not paining,but moving the shoulder triggers the pain in the shoulder blade in my back, right arm and fingers.
