i have severe pain in both of my arms my neck and i have not been able to sleep in my bed what might be the cause

neck hurts both arms hurt and go numb elbows hurt any pressure or major or fast movement makes things much worse ortho doc says mri shows possible tear to something in my upper arm have had sterioid shots in my neck and in my arms but the problem just wont seem to go away have had mri 's xrays nerve tests like for carple tunnel no one can seem to find out what is causing this pain am taking strong pain meds and still pain persists sleeping in a recliner for more than a year as i recall pain just kind of started suddenly
