Several nights a week I have muscle cramps in my lower legs, mostly the right leg. I also have right lower leg pain. The pain is around my leg not in any specific spot, just the lower leg about 6 inches up from my ankle. I have had night time muslce cramps my entire life. The only time I have the pain in my right lower leg is when I am in bed. It does not matter how I lay.
