I have numbness on the top inside part of my second toe that has spread to the top inside portion of my big toe and also the tip

This numbness has happened since wearing a pair of tight fitting shoes. I have since stopped, but the numbness seems to be getting worse. I am also hypoglycemic and am worried that it may be a sign of diabetes.

This numbness has now been followed by a possible case of Plantar Faciitis in the same foot.
