I have muscle pain around the tricep in my left arm

I've been playing a lot of tennis lately but I’m right handed so it's not in my playing arm. It came on 3 days ago with no real reason, I haven't bumped it or had any direct contact to it. The area responds (hurts) to direct massage and it’s difficult to hold my arm out straight from the side of my body, as if I were mimicking a plane.
The only thing different in my recent philology is that my arms have been going to sleep at night while I sleep. I generally sleep in semi the fetal position and have had to focus on sleeping with my arms extended so they have uninterrupted blood. But other than that I’ve been in great health
