i have lower colon pain, feels as if there is a bowel movement about to occur..but, my colon is clean. There is lots of pressur

My current health entails BPH which I take doxazosin, and finasteride. Additionally, I have sciatica that causes numbness to my right side buttocks and the right side of my scrotum. My pain is so awful that I can not work. I need help and I am constant communication with my VA Dr about my condition. I also have a prostate biopsy scheduled because of a node that was felt on a rectal exam. Please give me some insight on what is happening to me...I can't take this anymore.
