The dull pain started over a year ago in an area around the left kidney. I noticed it mostly after exercise. I now notice it regularly and the dull pain seems to travel to both side (around kidney area) and up my sides under my rib cage. It has also traveled under my arms but not frequently. There are other symptoms that have come up such as testical swelling, eye crusting, frequent urination and ear infection but not sure if these are related. I've been to two doctors and a urologist and have had blood tests, MRI, Ultrasound, urine tests but everything comes back normal.
