I have discomfort/cramps in my lower abdomen/groin area. Hernia has been ruled out, but I can't make it through a day without

Need to take anti-inflammatories to find comfort.  GYN issues have been ruled out.  All this came about after moving and carrying heavy objects.  What test can be used to show abdominal strain or tear?  I have also gone through menopause, so the cramps are not related to that.
