I have continous pain in both my calves! It makes walking very painful and difficult! What can cause this? Werner

For several weeks now both of my calves are very painful like I have been walking very fast a very long distance! My left lower leg also has an open wound of size 7" x 4"!

I would really appreciate some help in how I could eliminate this very disabling pain!
