I have a swelling and constant pain on my right arm right through to my hand.

I was diagnosed with a benign tumour on my right breast could this be the cause. The pain gets worse once I get to bed.

Please reply as soon as possible as I am concerned as I have now been made aware by my mother that my grandfather (paternal) who died at the age of 50 in the 1950's died within a month after suffering from the same complaint.
