I have a sharp pain on the outside of my right thigh but it feels like its INSIDE my thigh.  It feels like I'm being stabbed but only when I move my leg.  If I sit for too long the pain moves down a little to the inside of my thigh but not nearly as painful.  Walking hurts horribly, but the spot is not sore to the touch...I don't know what's wrong or how to fix it and I don't have health insurance to see a doctor..

You're probably just sore from something that happened recently. It'll go away eventually. I'm having the same issue, you just need to wait it out. It could last a day or so. Maybe even a week, but just let it rest as much as possible, and if you can't the pain will last a little longer than it should.
