I have a lower left stomach pain

I have an unconfortable feeling in my lower left part of my stomach. This seems to be made worse when I eat white bread or biscuits. I have also noticed when I have eaten bread the
previous day that I wake up in the morning with a pain on the left side of my back. Could this be a wheat intolerance
