i had a very bad upset stomach yest. and today i have severe pain in my stomach and feel nauseous.the pain is very bad.

i had a very bad upset stomach yest. and today i have severe pain in my stomach and feel nauseous.the pain is very bad. i feel as if food is stuck in my chest and i have taken many antiacids yest including magnesium citrate water. my pain is very severe.
