I drank coffee that had water that had caustic soda and water that was sucked up from a drain back into a hot water machine?

What damage is possible after I unknowingly drank coffee made with hot water from a zippo hot water tank that had sucked up water from a drain that had caustic soda plus overflow from three  air conditioners overflow pipes. Since the incident I have had severe stomach cramps, vomiting, burning pains in my chest and generally unwell.
