I am having middle chest bone soreness with something that feels like it is nawing at the bone, with neck & shoulder stiffne

I have also been recently Diagnosed with "AutoNomic Neuropathy" as well as something called" Riley Day Syndrome"., Iam not sure if any of these illnesses have anything to do with my chest neck and shoulder problems , but i am concerned... thank you

the center of my chest bone feels sore to the touch and also has pain at times and hurts when breathing.. I AM also havin lots of stiffnes all throughout my upper body .. any idea what this could be ???  thank you
