i had back surgery for a herniated l5-s1 last october and after failed physio i now get soreness and numbness in both arms and hands, occasional burning sciatica pain down right leg all the way to ankle and also cold water sensation in lower back, as in wave-like sensations. my hips and SI joints are very painful and i have very limited sacral mobility. my symptoms are much worse in the a.m. and at night and i sometimes get feverish, weak and achy at night too. what could be wrong?
