I am healthy and i play and workout and eat healthy food. This pain has been persistent since a week or two and i feel burn most of the times. I am not sure why and when it starts and end. Its bothering me in my daily routine.
you take seriously of this kind of pain,sometimes it's too dangerous for our body as well.why are you not trying yoga nd some excercises which gives better output to reduce or overcome this pain as well.
