How to detect scar tissue and tingling chronic pain?

Had surgery at Laser Spine Institute in Tampa FL on my L4, L5, S1. After surgery, I have been having a burning, tingling, traveling pain from s1 into front pelvic area into right leg and down the right foot. Horrible pain, don't sleep and been to over 30 physicians.
I am now looking for a kinesiologist or a neorologist chriropractor in PA. I am planning on writting a book on my experience of different doctors and treatments that I have tried. Would like to know feedback on what path that they have taken? Look forward to hearing from you.
