How can I relieve terrible pain in the sides of my neck, lower abdomen, and behind my nose and restore my energy level?

For several months I’ve had a terribly painful, fiery feeling on both sides of my neck, constant pain in my left lower abdomen (starting just below the ribs), and a painful, heavy, tight feeling of pressure behind my nose, seemingly in the middle of my head that extends into my jaw and gums. Pain is less in the morning and gets worse over the course of each day. I am most comfortable in a hot shower in the morning. I am more comfortable standing than lying down. For over two years now I have also been terribly tired, without the energy to do routine tasks, go out, or entertain, all of which is depressing me. I do not sleep well. I am 93. My mother and her brother lived to 100. My son is helping me write this.
In mid-2006, concerned about my low energy level, I took a chemically-induced stress test. During the test, the doctor called the hospital and had an ambulance take me to the emergency room. I was advised to have an angioplasty and possibly have a stent implanted. Risks associated with the procedure included stroke; risks associated with not having the procedure included heart attack. I chose not to have the procedure. The doctor prescribed medicines to reduce the risk of heart attack.
The new medicines I began taking were Zocor (to control cholesterol), Tenoretic/atenolol with chlorthalid (to lower blood pressure), and baby aspirin. I have always had low blood pressure and was concerned the Tenoretic would lower it further, worsening my fatigue. In addition to these medicines, I have been taking Thyrxine/synthroid (for thyroid), Nexium (for heartburn), Triamterine (diuretic), Triazolam (for sleep), Potchlor (for potassium), magnesium, and ICaps (for eyes). I do not like taking all these medicines and am concerned about side effects due to interactions.
I would appreciate any suggestion for alleviating the pain and reducing my fatigue.
