My partner has really bad anxiety when its time to sleep,he has only about two hours for a maximum of sleep nightly. He's currently bodybuilding and sleep is really important for his passion for bodybuilding. This problem causes him sometimes to miss his workouts, because he is not fully recovered from his last workout from lack of sleep. I would like to know how can i help him ASAP. Thank you very much.
